íngredíents:
Cookíe Dough
  • 2 1/4 Cups Oat Flour *í dídn't buy oat flour, ínstead í made my own. Place whole oats ín your blender/nutrí-nínja and voíla!
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Pureed Banana *must be pureed and not mashed -- use VERY rípe bananas!
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Oíl
  • 1/4 Cup Apple Sauce
  • 2 Tsp Bakíng Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Vanílla Extract
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
Coatíng
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Cínnamon
ínstructíons:
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Líne two bakíng sheets wíth parchment paper, or líghtly grease.
  2. ín a bowl, whísk together oat flour, bakíng powder and salt. Set asíde.
